The opening 10 minutes of No Way Home are available online to watch, completely free. This part of No Way Home picks up exactly where 2019’s Spider-Man: Far From Home left off as Tom Holland’s young webhead was in for the shock of his life as Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio outed his secret identity to the rest of the world. A lot of things happen this early on in the nearly-three-hour movie, including the cameo of Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock - a sign of what’s to come. 2021 was a big year for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. After bowing out of 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the MCU saw four big movies released in relatively quick succession. Although Black Widow, Shang-Chi, and the Legend of the Ten Rings, as well as Eternals, all made more their production budget, No Way Home netted more than all three movies combined. No Way Home has made $1.85 billion at the global box office, which is good enough for sixth-place all time. In addition, Holland’s Spider-Man threequel topped Avatar at the domestic box office too, a feat made even more impressive when you consider that it was released during the COVID-19 pandemic. But, if you thought that Sony’s highest-grossing movie ever had tons of content, the Blu-ray release is going to up the ante. No Way Home’s Blue-ray release will contain 80 minutes of bonus content that includes everything from bloopers to featurettes as well as behind-the-scenes footage and deleted scenes. Fans can expect to see more of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield in No Way Home’s digital release, as well as a deleted scene featuring No Way Home’s rogue’s gallery of villains, and a scene that sees Matt Murdock acting as the lawyer of Jon Favreau’s Happy Hogan. No Way Home was easily one for the ages and it will be interesting to see if the MCU can top it with a solo feature film soon. Benedict Cumberbatch seems to think that Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has what it takes to give No Way Home a run for its money, but that’s just probably Cumberbatch placing utmost confidence in the work that the cast and crew put in his film, including Sam Raimi, who will be directing his first MCU film. Only time will tell if the second Doctor Strange solo film will be just as big as No Way Home. Until then, MCU fans have a lot of content to look forward to in the next few weeks. After being officially revealed earlier this year, Oscar Isaac is finally set to make his big MCU debut on Disney+ on March 30. Meanwhile, on March 16, Wednesday, all seasons of Daredevil, as well as Netflix’s slate of Marvel TV shows, will be hitting Disney+, a move that prompted talks of a fourth season hitting the traditionally “child-friendly” streaming platform in the future.
