The PPSh-14 can be customized to be used for either close or medium range. At longer ranges, you will find that this weapon is not suitable as it is an SMG. It is best to run the PPSh-14 as your secondary. It complements the Sniper Rifles and Assault Rifles very well as a secondary support weapon.

Muzzle
For the longest time, we’ve been using the Monolithic Equivalents - GRU Suppressor or Agency Suppressor. But, after a recent patch, the best suppressor for your close-ranged weapons is the Sound Suppressor. The Sound Suppressor is the best for both pistols and SMGs.
The sound suppressor offers a range of benefits and eliminates the flash and sound from the muzzle blast. The benefits include increased aim down sight speed, increased bullet velocity, and better sprint to fire speed. The new buffs offered by the Sound Suppressor are too good to be overlooked and should be used for all your close-ranged weapons. The Sound Suppressor unlocks at level 20.
Barrel
For the Barrel attachment, we recommend going with the longest barrel - 15.7" Task Force. This barrel is the best and makes your PPSh-14 even stronger by increasing its effective damage range, bullet velocity, and strafe speed.
15.7" Task Force unlocks at level 48. The barrel does increase your vertical and horizontal recoil slightly, but that is why we have the next attachment.
Underbarrel
As the 15.7" Task Force increases your vertical and horizontal recoil, the Spetsnaz Grip underbarrel attachment will help eliminate that. The Spetsnaz Grip offers better vertical and horizontal recoil control.
The Spetsnaz Grip unlocks at level 41.
Ammunition
The fourth attachment is the Ammunition attachment. We highly recommend going with the VDV 50 Rnd Fast Mag. It not only offers a bigger magazine and ammo capacity but also gives reload quickness.
Having a higher magazine is essential for playing Warzone, especially if you’re playing Duos or Trios. The VDV 50 Rnd Fast Mag unlocks at level 51.
Stock
We recommend going with the Raider Stock as your final attachment. As mentioned before, this build focuses not only on the CQC aspect of the game but also on mobility. The Raider Stock offers increased ADS firing move speed, increased aim walking movement speed, and decreased sprint to fire time.
The Raider Stock unlocks at level 54.
